Wyatt went in for his 4 month well check and shots today.  He was not happy at all about his shots, poor little guy :(  He weighed 14.4 lbs and was 25 inches long.  He is a growing boy!  The said he is in the 37% for his weight and 51% for height, so he is doing just fine and hitting all his milestones!
